blanche: oh he sometimes made 'em that way.  he made up stories about how that's the way the kings and queens of europe ate 'em. he always made it sound so special. he always made everything sound... so damn special. oh god why didn't i go when he called... why didn't i go...

dorothy: that was good, blanche. now do br'er rabbit.

today someone at work proclaimed he had never met any woman who didn't love jewelry. i had to break his heart by letting him know that i don't like jewelry. he said but if someone gave it to me, i'd take it. i said hell no, i'd be pissed b/c that means the person wasn't thoughtful enough to realize i don't like jewelry. and i don't like flowers. i like food. here is a list of what wins me over.

- hostess snoballs (preferably pink, but white will do since they seem to be most common in bodegas)

- little debbie jell rolls

- little debbie christmas cakes (only available during christmas season)

- apollo chocolates

- any kind of cupcake w/ white frosting and sprinkles

anyway i figured someone needed to put together a collection of all her holiday performances in descending chronological order for comparison purposes.

i think my favorite mix is the military-esque version from the girlie show.
